• A diverse library of over 2000 exercises and activities
• Clear 3D demonstrations for each exercise
• Preset workout plans alongside the ability to create personalized routines
• Achievement of over 150 badges to encourage progression

The app allows users to select workouts online and synchronize them with their mobile device, facilitating workouts both at home and in the gym while effectively tracking progress. Covering a wide spectrum from strength training to weight lifting, it functions as a virtual personal trainer, providing guidance and motivation throughout the fitness journey.

Additionally, users can integrate the app with the Apple Health App. By enabling this connection, workouts logged in the Health app will automatically populate the Activity Calendar, ensuring a seamless fitness tracking experience.
